Service provided
Odeet provides an automated accessibility pre-audit tool for scanning targeted web pages, prioritizing findings, generating reports and preparing human validation. The service assists with diagnosis but does not replace a complete RGAA conformance audit, legal advice or a binding declaration of conformity.
Service for professionals only
Odeet is intended exclusively for professionals: agencies, freelancers, companies, non-profits, public bodies and any organization acting in the course of its professional activity. Creating an account — including on the Free plan — and any subscription require a declaration of professional capacity, verified by the service. The service is not offered to consumers within the meaning of French consumer law.
Account and organization
- The user must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Access to the dashboard requires an authenticated session.
- Each account can be attached to one or more organizations.
- Audits, quotas, members and report settings belong to the active organization.
- The organization owner is responsible for the branding and legal information inserted into reports.
Permitted use of scans
- The user must only scan websites they own, represent, are authorized to work on, or have a legitimate right to test.
- Additional URLs must remain within the scope of the scanned domain.
- Any attempt to bypass limits, attack systems, scan unauthorized private networks or disrupt third parties is prohibited.
- Odeet may block a scan, suspend an account or remove content in case of abuse, security risk or breach of these terms.
Reports and exports
Reports, PDF/XLSX/JSON exports, RGAA grids and share links are provided as working materials. They must be reviewed, completed and validated by a human before any official compliance communication. Results may vary depending on the state of the website, the selected pages, technical constraints, anti-bot protections or elements that cannot be detected automatically.
User-provided content
The user remains responsible for the URLs, client names, logos, organization legal information, notes, attachments and content submitted to Odeet, and warrants having the necessary rights to use them in the service and in the generated reports.
Availability
Odeet uses reasonable means to keep the service available. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, technical incidents, feature changes or force majeure.
Liability
Odeet cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an automated pre-audit without human validation, nor for consequences arising from misuse of the service, inaccurate information provided by the user, or lack of rights over the scanned website.
